Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days.

Shipping within New Zealand
Orders are shipped via tracked courier. Tracking details will be sent by email once your order is on its way.

Orders under $200 are generally sent via non-signature courier, unless otherwise requested

Original artworks are most often sent with signature-required delivery

Rural deliveries may take slightly longer

Prints and original artworks are packed carefully inside rigid cardboard to protect them in transit

Wherever possible, packaging is kept minimal and practical

Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive as expected, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help resolve the issue.
A note on timing
If you’re ordering for a specific date (such as a gift), I recommend allowing extra time — especially for international deliveries and busy holiday periods.
