Domestic New Zealand Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
NZ shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer FREE delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $150.00 NZD.
We do not charge extra for Rural Delivery at this time
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Sending to a business address? Please remember to include the business name to ensure swift delivery.

Tracked Courier:
North Island 1-3 days from when parcel has been picked up from sender
South Island 2-5 days from when parcel has been picked up from sender
Please allow extra time if your address is rural delivery
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing a link to your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Joanne Bowe Nz Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact Joanne Bowe Nz Artist to discuss options. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
