Returns & Refunds

I want you to feel confident when purchasing artwork from my studio. Please read the information below, and don’t hesitate to get in touch if you need help.

Faulty, damaged, or not as described

Under consumer law, you have the right to a remedy if an item is:

  • faulty

  • damaged on arrival

  • not as described when sold

If your item falls into one of these categories, please contact me as soon as possible so we can arrange a:

  • refund, or

  • replacement, or

  • repair
    (whichever is appropriate in the circumstances)

To help me resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item damage and its packaging

Change of mind

For non-faulty items, returns or exchanges for change of mind may be accepted at my discretion if:

  • you contact me within 7 days of receiving your order

  • the item is returned in original condition and carefully packed

  • the item is received back within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once the return is inspected and approved, I’ll process your refund.

 

Original artworks

Original artworks are unique items, and change-of-mind returns are generally not offered for them.

If an original arrives damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under consumer law as above.

Custom or commissioned works

Due to the nature of these works, custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or there is a fault.

 

International orders

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are not refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described).

 

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval. Timing may vary depending on the payment provider.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if the requested replacement is available — just get in touch and we can discuss the best option.

 

Ordering for a specific date

If you’re ordering for a specific occasion or event, I recommend ordering early to allow extra time in case of issues or delays.
